water heaters = $7 drop fee a piece, toilets = $5 drop fee each

no more toilets in bedroom = priceless

It's Official

Posting was non-existent while we made our way through the closing checklist--we didn't want to jinx it.  But having dodged the usual (and unusual) last minute surprises and delays, we just got word that we are on record!  On time!

That means that the cracked stucco...

and the damaged (original) wood floors...

and the duct taped windows...

... are ours!
